Amaretto Ice Cream Treat! Quick & easy, but delicious. If you'd like, you can add some half and half or some milk to each serving and make a nice milkshake! Cooking time is freezing time.

Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well to combine. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add one'third of ice cream mixture and process untile smooth. Transfer ice cream mixture to a freezer container. Repeat procedure twice. Freeze until firm.
- Serve in brandy snifters or wine glasses. Top each serving with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

- Beat cream creese and sour cream in small mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
- Blend in sugar, liqueur and cream.
- Chill well.
- Place berries in individual serving dishes: top with cream cheese sauce.

Steps:
- Combine amaretto, lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup in jar. Secure lid and shake to combine. Freeze until ice-cold but not solid, at least 2 hours and up to 5 hours.
- Transfer cocktail to a blender and add 2 cups ice. Purée on high speed until thick and smooth. (On a hot day, you may need to blend in a few more ice cubes to thicken, but keep in mind that the more you add, the more diluted the drink will be.)
- Divide cocktail between 2 chilled rocks glasses. Gradually pour ¼ oz. Fernet-Branca over the back of a spoon into each drink if desired. Garnish each with a brandied cherry and paper umbrella.

My signature drink. Oh, it's a make-ahead, freezer-ready recipe. To make it more manageable, divide between quart size, heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bags. Freeze time not included.

Instructions. Cut or tear bread into 1/2 inch pieces. Place into a large bowl and cover with half-and-half. Let mixture stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and almond extract. When the bread is ready, stir in egg/sugar mixture into the bread mixture.
