Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut zucchini into fries and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine panko, parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl or dish.
- Dip zucchini in eggs, coating evenly, and then toss in bread crumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Prepare dip while fries are baking. Combine all dip ingredients in a small bowl and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Enjoy!

FRIED ZUCCHINI CHIPS
A fun way to use up some of that abundance of garden Zucchini and tastes so good, even my little guest he swear they don't like zucchini ate this up

Steps:
- Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices; set aside.
- Combine egg substitute and Italian dressing in a small bowl, stir well.
- Combine bread crumbs,.
- Parmesan cheese and pepper in a small bowl; stir well.
- Dip zucchini in egg mixture, dredge in bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil, then fry zucchini till golden brown, turning once.
- Place fried zucchini on paper towel to drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

ZUCCHINI OVEN " FRIES"
These are really good and have the added bonus of very little fat! We eat these often during the summer, sometimes in place of oven "fries" made with potatoes. You can add some cayenne pepper for a kick if you want. Give them a try and tell me what you think! EDIT!: Given some reviewers advice, I tried them again. 45 minutes was way too long for us, we just ended up with a crispy shell and no zucchini left. But 30 minutes was very good, keeping the taste of the zucchini, with one turn. The problem with the "flouriness" not cooking away, I've found that if you spray them VERY well with cooking spray it resolves this problem for me. I'm editing the recipe to reflect this.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Trim zucchini and cut in half lengthwise, then slice into 1/4 inch wide sticks resembling french fries.
- Beat egg white with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Add zucchini sticks, tossing to evenly coat.
- In paper bag, thoroughly shake flour, cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder until combined.
- Drop in the zucchini sticks, 5 or so at a time, and shake gently to coat.
- Place all on baking sheet, spray all sides very well with cooking spray to moisten the flour, and bake about 30 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown.
ZUCCHINI FRIES
These aren't really like French fries because the zucchini really can't become crispy in the oven, but they're still delicious!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil onto the prepared baking sheet; place zucchini slices in the oil. Drizzle 3 more tablespoons olive oil over zucchini slices; season with salt and black pepper. Toss coated zucchini slices with 1 cup bread crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Toss zucchini slices with remaining 1 cup bread crumbs. Return to oven and bake until zucchini is soft and bread crumbs are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Pour coconut flour into a bowl.
- Whisk egg whites and water together in a bowl.

- Dredge batches of zucchini in coconut flour using tongs. Dip in beaten egg whites; toss in almond meal mixture until coated. Arrange on the lined baking sheet.
