Cake Mix Chocolate Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil together in a bowl until well mixed; fold in chocolate chips. Roll cookie dough into 12 balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned around the edges, 7 to 9 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet 2 to 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat two baking sheets with cooking spray.

• Cool for 5 minutes and remove to wire racks.

• Add peanut butter, eggs, flavoring and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. If dough is too stiff, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk.
• Chill dough in refrigerator for 2 hours.
• Form into large balls, place on parchment lined baking sheet and press down with a fork.
• Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool before removing from baking sheet.
• Cooking time does not include chill time.
