Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix the corn flakes and the almonds.
  • Put water and sugar in a small pan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Whisk occasionally.
  • Remove the sugar and water mixture from the heat and add the corn flakes and almond mixture.
  • Spoon the Corn Flakes mixture into cupcake bake cups. Allow the crispy corn bites to cook before serving.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a shallow roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  • Spray with cooking oil spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, salt, parmesan cheese, black and cayenne pepper and mix well.
  • Lightly beat eggs in a bowl.
  • Dip each drumstick in egg and roll in corn flake mixture coating well.
  • Place each drumstick on the roasting pan.
  • Spray a light coating of cooking spray over the drumsticks.
  • Bake at 350°F for 1 hour to 1 hour & 10 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Select a standard mold for making corn sticks. Place it in the oven until thoroughly heated.
  • Meanwhile, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Blend well.
  • Blend the cream, 2 tablespoons of melted butter and egg yolk. Add this to the cornmeal mixture, stirring to blend.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small skillet and add the corn. Cook, stirring, just until heated through. Stir this into the batter.
  • Fold the egg white into the mixture.
  • Brush the corn stick mold lightly with oil. Spoon an equal portion of the filling inside each corn stick mold.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.

  • Position rack in top third of oven and preheat to 500° F. Mix mayonnaise, relish and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice in small bowl. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Grind cornflakes in processor until coarse crumbs form. Transfer to bowl; mix in lemon peel. Mix butter and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice in small bowl. Season fish with salt and pepper. Brush with lemon butter, then dip into cornflake mixture, coating completely. Arrange fish on baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining cornflake mixture. Bake fish until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Serve with sauce.

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F As the oven is preheating, place the 8 tablespoons butter in a 9" x 13" pan, and put the pan in the oven to melt the butter. When the butter is melted, remove the pan, and sprinkle in the minced garlic, stirring gently to distribute.
  • Stir together the flour and milk to make a soft dough. Gather the dough into a ball, and gently fold it over three or four times.
  • Place the dough on a well-floured surface, and roll/pat it into a 10" x 8" rectangle; it'll be fairly thin.
  • Cut the dough in half crosswise, into two 8" x 5" rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 16 sticks, about 5" x 1/2" each.
  • Lay the sticks close together in the pan, turning them to coat with the butter; you'll need to snug them right up against one another.
  • Bake the sticks for 15 to 20 minutes, until they're a light golden brown. Remove them from the oven, and as soon as you can handle them, gently pull them apart and place on a plate or in a basket. Serve warm.
