DESSERT SHELLS WITH CREAM FILLING AND BERRIES
I wanted a quick and healthy dessert and this is my creation. It is very simple and quick to prepare. My guests thought it looked like I had spent a lot of time preparing. This is so easy and so delicious.

Steps:
- Mix yogurt and Cool Whip together. Keep covered in refrigerator until ready to assemble.
- Toss berries together in separate bowl. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
- To assemble: Plate dessert shells.
- Divide cream filling between shells.
- Divide berries between shells.
- I placed one berry on top of cream filling and the rest in front of the filled shell.

I came across this recipe recently in an old magazine. It's perfect for summer! Low fat and sugar free products can be used if desired. Chill times are not included in prep or cook times.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, dissolve strawberry and raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and both yogurts. Stir until well blended. Chill until mixture is syrupy, about 1 hour.
- Fold in strawberries and whipped topping. Spoon into individual dishes. Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh berries if desired.

- Mix graham crumbs and butter until blended.
- Mash 1/2 cup each strawberries and raspberries in medium bowl. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Blend in melted chocolate, mashed berries and zest. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
- Spoon half the cream cheese mixture into plastic wrap-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with half of the crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Remove dessert from freezer 15 min. before serving. Finely chop remaining strawberries; combine with remaining raspberries and blueberries. Invert dessert onto platter; remove plastic wrap. Spoon berry mixture over dessert.
