Steps:

  • Grate the spam. (I usually just use my pastry cutter).
  • Combine all ingredients except the mayo.
  • Add just enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together.
  • Use for sandwich spread or on a bed of lettuce or on crackers for an appetizer.

1 (12 ounce) can Spam
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons pickle relish (optional)
1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add luncheon meat, green onion and garlic and saute until light brown. Stir in cooked spaghetti , then stir in soy sauce, water, sesame oil and pepper. Mix all together, heat through and serve.

Steps:

  • Slice SPAM into 6 even pieces, set aside.
  • Stir together mustard, 2 Tablespoons of pineapple juice, cloves and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • In a shallow plate mix together crushed corn flakes and brown sugar.
  • Coat slices of SPAM with mustard mixture and dip in corn flakes, coat both sides well, place in a shallow baking pan, that has been lightly oiled (or use cooking spray).
  • Top each piece of SPAM with a pineapple slice, pour the rest of the pineapple juice in the bottom of baking pan.
  • Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes- till pineapple and corn flakes begin to brown.
