Steps:
- Mix water, cream of mushroom soup, chicken, onion, celery, carrots, baby bell peppers, and onion soup mix together in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Shred chicken using two forks and stir soup well.

SLOW COOKER CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
This slow cooker version of the classic soup is super easy to make. We used chicken thighs because they're less expensive than breasts and tend not to dry out. If you like, skip the noodles and stir in your favorite cooked grain at the end.

- Toss the carrots and celery together in the slow cooker. Add the onion, sprigs parsley, thyme, bay leaf and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Rub the chicken thighs all over, including under the skin, with 1 teaspoon salt total, and put them on top of the vegetables. Add the chicken broth. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, remove the chicken and stir in the noodles.
- While the noodles cook, remove and discard the chicken skin and bones and shred the chicken-it will mostly fall apart on its own. When the noodles are done, turn off the cooker, remove the parsley and thyme stems, and add the shredded chicken and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Taste, and add more lemon juice and salt as needed. Stir in a good amount of pepper and the chopped parsley, and serve hot.
SLOW-COOKER CHICKEN AND PASTA SOUP

- Combine the carrots, lemon zest, dill sprigs, olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a 5-to-6-quart slow cooker. Season the chicken with salt and add to the cooker. Add the broth and 4 cups water, cover and cook on low, about 8 hours.
- About 20 minutes before serving, add the pasta to the slow cooker, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir the chopped dill, peas and spinach into the soup and cover until the spinach wilts, about 2 minutes. Stir to break up the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and crumble the feta on top. Serve with lemon and bread, if desired.
CROCK POT CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SOUP
Everyone loves crock pot meals that you can make early and forget about until dinner. Since I could not find a soup recipe that fit what I wanted to make, I threw this together and it turned out delicious. Easy and healthy, best served with cornbread.

- Add all ingredients to crock pot except for chicken and frozen vegetables; mix thoroughly.
- Add chicken and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken onto plate. Remove skin and bones, cube/shred meat, and return to pot.

- Remove bay leaf before serving.

- Cut chicken into pieces, remove skin, freeze until firm, arranged in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place veggies in the bottom of 4 quart.
- crock pot, top with frozen chicken pieces.
- Blend chicken broth, wine, soy sauce, Tabasco, ginger and salt, pour over chicken pieces, cover.
- Cook at low setting for 8 hours, remove chicken from bones, discarding bones and any fat, dice meat, return meat to pot, add dry linguine pieces and poultry seasoning, cook a further 30 minutes.

Chop all veggies and add to crock pot.2. add low sodium chicken broth and meat.3. you can use either raw chicken breasts or left over chicken or turkey.4. add seasonings to taste, i only use a sprinkling of lawrys seasoning salt because i want it to be low sodium.5. cover and cook on low for several hours.6. when you are ready to serve, add egg noodles ,stir and replace lid for about 10 to 15 minutes . dont over cook noodles, stir and serve. easy and tasty. - Place chicken, water, celery, carrot, green onion, chicken bouillon, parsley, bay leaf, seasoned salt, salt, dried basil, and pepper into the bottom of a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the centers, 5 to 6 hours.

- In a 6-qt. slow cooker, place water, chicken, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until chicken is tender. , With a slotted spoon, remove chicken from broth. - Layer in crock pot in this order:.
- Starting at bottom:.
- -Carrotts.
- -Celery.
- -Onions.
- -Bay leaves.
- -Chicken (whole).
- -pour in broth till not quite half way up (save the rest for when you get home to add at the end) I kept in fridge but NOT in the can.
- Put on high for 1-hr. before you leave for work, then LOW until you get home. I had it on low from 8:00am till 5:30pm and it was done perfectly!
- Remove the chick and de-bone it, put chick back in soup w/rest of canned soup from refrigerator.
- OH, THEN I ADDED SOME FROZEN PEAS AND DEHYDRATED PARSLEY FLAKES.
- I had cooked rice but I would never put it into the soup, we just put it in our bowls and added the soup -- perfect and REALLY DELICIOUS!
