Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add crumbled bread and stir until dissolved. Mix ground beef, onion, Cheddar cheese, and carrot into bread mixture; transfer mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl; spread over meat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

ELEGANT MEATLOAF
Originally discovered this amazing meatloaf on another website, and have made a few alterations. This stuff gets rapturous approval from all who encounter it. It really is over the top delicious, and has been known to convert nonbelievers. Recipe should not be tinkered with, it's perfect. Please don't smother this in ketchup or gravy before you even taste it.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil. Lightly coat bottom and sides of a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, salsa, pumpernickel, onion, egg, bell pepper, brown sugar, malt vinegar, Worcestershire, dry mustard, seasoned salt and cracked pepper. Mix well.
- Pack the meat mixture into the loaf pan firmly, then unmould it onto the perpared baking sheet. Remove loaf pan, and mould the meat on the baking sheet into a domed brick shape with your hands. Bake 50-60 minutes.
- Brush with glaze (use all of it) return to oven for an additional 15 minutes until crust is lightly caramelized.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the celery and onions and cook until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Transfer the vegetables to a large bowl and cool slightly.
- Add the turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, pepper and egg whites to the vegetables. Mix with hands until well combined, but do not over mix. In a cup, combine the Dijon and remaining 1/4 cup ketchup.
- In a 9-by-13-inch metal baking pan, shape the meat mixture into a 9-by-5-inch loaf. (This will allow the meat loaf to brown all over, not just on top.) Spread the ketchup mixture over the top of the loaf.
- Bake the meat loaf until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 160 degrees F, 55 to 60 minutes. (Temperature will rise to 165 degrees F upon standing.)
- Let the meat loaf stand10 minutes to set the juices for easier slicing before removing from the pan. Transfer the meat loaf to a platter and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in middle.
- Soak bread crumbs in milk in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, cook onion, garlic, celery, and carrot in butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Cover skillet and reduce heat to low, then cook until carrot is tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, allspice, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper. Add to bread-crumb mixture.
- Finely chop bacon and prunes in a food processor, then add to onion mixture along with beef, pork, eggs, and parsley and mix together with your hands.
- Pack mixture into a 9- by 5-inch oval loaf in a 13- by 9-inch shallow baking dish or pan.
- Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into center of meatloaf registers 155°F, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

- Mix together first eight ingredients. Divide mixture into thirds.

- Preheat oven 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, onion and tomato sauce.
- Mix lightly.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

GERMAN SAUERKRAUT ROLL

- Prepare grill for indirect cooking.
- Saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
- Allow to cool, then mix in meats, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Oil or spray a cookie sheet sized piece of wax paper.

ELEGANT MEATLOAF
Steps:
- In an electric mixer on low speed combine veal, chicken, ricotta. Add salt and pepper and mix in well. Looking at a rectangular pyrex dish vertically, lay out the bacon strips (as many as you need to fill the dish) horizontally so that they extend all the way to the sides. Take the meatloaf mixture and spoon it on top of the bacon, and, using your hands, shape it to the vertical length of the pyrex. Leave about an inch from the top and bottom and about 3inches from each side. On top of the meatloaf mixture place the fresh sage leaves in a row all the way down. Now bring the bacon sides up around the meatloaf creating a complete bacon wrapping. If there is a gap because the ends don't meet then you can add a strip down the middle. Now place in an oven at 350F for 1 hour or until the bacon looks crisp but not dry. Using two spatulas, lift the meatloaf into a serving dish and surround with some sage sprigs. Reserve some of the liquid from the pyrex to spoon over slices.
