FRUIT COBBLER
Steps:
- Preheat a grill.
- Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, and butter in a large bowl; mix until well combined. Place 3/4 of mixture along the bottom of a Dutch oven. Spread fruit over top, then sprinkle with the rest of the oatmeal mixture. Place on rack of hot grill; 1/3 of the charcoal must be on top and 2/3 of the charcoal must be on the bottom. The key to cooking it is not to open the Dutch oven until you have smelled the cobbler for 10 minutes. Every time you open the Dutch oven you lose the heat. Serve warm.
EASY BATTER FRUIT COBBLER
Short of serving store-bought ice cream, you won't find a simpler, more delicious dessert than this fruit cobbler. Use any juicy summer fruit: peaches, nectarines, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries. And if you use frozen berries, this dessert can be assembled in less than 10 minutes.

FRUIT COBBLER
This is a fantastic American recipe equivalent to our crumble. It's particularly good with strawberries and rhubarb, but you can use any fruit combo you like; about 680g/1 1/2 pounds of fruit should do it.

BISQUICK FRUIT COBBLER
My mom gave me an older Bisquick cookbook she had and never used. It is from 1964 and this recipe is what I use for a great peach cobbler. I do use a whole recipe for the shortcake instead of 1/2 for a crustier cobbler. If you have fresh fruit, use 3 cups of sweetened fruit mixed with 3/4 water.

FRUIT COBBLER
My son took first place in a baking contest with this one. Serve warm or cold plain, with ice cream or whipped cream. When I use apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice makes a nice touch. In place of peaches, try using apples or plums.

HOW TO MAKE A COBBLER WITH FROZEN FRUIT - FOOD ONEHOWTO
From food.onehowto.com
- The first step to make a cobbler with frozen fruit is to preheat microwave oven at 350˚F, and keep a rack in the center of it.
- Now it's time to get the frozen fruit out of the freezer. Put it in a bowl and let it defrost for at least 15 minutes. If the fruit you have selected is juicy, then you will need to mix some cornstarch to make it set firmly. You may also wish to mix some spices as per your taste buds.
- Transfer the prepared fruit to a baking dish. Fill this dish halfway with fruit, leaving around one inch space on the top to accommodate the topping you would add later.

BERRY COBBLER (QUICK EASY RECIPE) - SALLY'S BAKING ADDICTION
From sallysbakingaddiction.com
- In a large bowl, gently fold the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together until thoroughly combined. Spread filling evenly into prepared pan.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Using a pastry cutter or two forks, cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse meal (pea-sized crumbs). A pastry cutter makes this step very easy and quick! You could also use a food processor, too. While slowly stirring, slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup buttermilk. Mix until evenly combined. Take handfuls of dough and gently flatten out. Place dough all over the top of the berry filling. There’s no special trick to this– just flatten the dough in sections and cover most of the berries.
