Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  • In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt , and pepper. Bring to boil. Combine water and cornstarch in small bowl, and whisk into brown sugar mixture. Stir until thick.
  • Brush grate lightly with oil before placing pork chops on the grill. Cook over hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Brush with sauce just before removing chops from grill. Serve with remaining sauce.

Glazed Grilled Pork Chops image

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • Place the brown sugar, ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and cayenne pepper into a bowl, and stir until blended.
  • Place the pork chops on the preheated grill, and cook the chops until the surface is seared but the meat is just barely pink in the middle, about 5 minutes. Brush the chops with the glaze mixture, and flip to cook the glaze onto the meat. When the glazed side shows good grill marks, flip again, brush glaze onto the pork chops, flip, and grill until the other side shows nice brown grill marks. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chop should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Easy Grilled Pork Chops image

Steps:

  • Begin by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, vinegar, cumin and red pepper flakes. Easy, right?
  • Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in a re-sealable plastic bag with the marinade. Let rest on the counter for 1 hour. That's easy.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the pork chops from the bag and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes. If using a grill pan, be sure to do in batches so you don't steam the chops. And don't worry if you have neither; you can do this in a pan. See, easy!

  • In a plastic container put the salt, sugar, peppercorns, and mustard powder. Add the hot vinegar and swirl to dissolve. Let mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes to develop flavor. Add ice cubes and shake to melt most of the ice. Add chops and cover with brine. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Remove chops from container and rinse. Cut horizontal pockets in each pork chop for stuffing. Combine rest of ingredients, and put into piping bag that is not fitted with a tip.   • For the grilled pork chops: Whisk together the olive oil, mustard, apple juice, parsley, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a medium bowl.
  • Put the pork chops in a baking dish or resealable gallon-sized bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature and up to 8 hours refrigerated.
  • For the apple-mango chutney: Meanwhile, heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and heat until hot and shimmering. Add the onion and cook until softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the mango, apple juice, lemon peel and juice, sugar, cumin, apples and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat, stirring often and allowing the mixture to bubble and reduce, 15 to 20 minutes. Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Loin Chops image

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar, garlic, and Montreal steak seasoning. Divide mixture amongst the pork loin chops and press on both sides of each chop to season.
  • Place 1 tbsp of the butter in a saute' pan and melt on medium heat. After butter is melted, put chops in pan and brown slowly on both sides. Remove meat from heat.
  • Add remaining 1 tbsp of butter to pan and let melt. Mix with remaining garlic and brown sugar bits left from browning meat. Add wine. Bring to a boil and let simmer down to make a nice glaze. You can add meat back and keep spooning liquid mixture over meat or leave meat out of the pan and pour finished glaze over to serve.
  • * This can easily be doubled. I use 2 tbsp of butter to brown the chops, but only 1 tbsp of butter to make sauce.
