Line 18 muffin cups with liners. 2.In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. 3.Divide mixture into liners and press down firmly o form little crusts. 4.Bake 5 minutes and cool. Streusel: 1.To the melted butter, stir in flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir until clumps form and park in the fridge while you make the filling. I had found this recipe in Taste of Home and lost it. I refound it in the Woman's World Magazine. We love this cheesecake! I did not use their crust, I used the crust came from a recipe from littleturtle - Best Lemon Cheesecake Ever (Thank you)

Steps:
- Position racks in center and lower third of oven. Place roasting pan on lower rack; fill halfway with hot water. Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
- Grease a 11 - 12 inch spring form pan.
- Mix crust ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Press into bottom of pan. Bake crust for 5 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy (3-4 minutes). Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add in cream, flour and vanilla. Stir in apple pie filling. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
- While it is baking combine all topping ingredients until crumbs form. After the first 40 minutes of baking, sprinkle this mixture over cheesecake. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until center jiggles when pan is gently shaken. Turn off oven. Let stand in oven with door closed 1 hour. Run knife around edge of pan. Cool on a rack. Chill overnight.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners., In a small bowl, mix cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon; stir in melted butter. Spoon 1 rounded tablespoon crumb mixture into each muffin cup; press down with a narrow glass or spoon., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until blended. Pour over crusts., Bake until centers are set, 15-18 minutes (do not overbake). Cool in pan on a wire rack 30 minutes., Right before serving, in a small skillet, cook and stir apple with butter, sugar, cinnamon and cloves over medium heat until tender, 4-5 minutes; stir in caramel topping. Spoon over cheesecakes. Refrigerate leftovers.
