STARBUCKS® CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO COPYCAT RECIPE
This is my copycat version of the popular Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino®! Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle additional caramel over the whipped cream. Serve with a straw. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator!

- Blend ice, coffee, milk, caramel sauce, and sugar together in a blender on high until smooth. Pour drink into two 16-ounce glasses.

- Make 1 cup of strong brewed coffee. You can also use a Starbucks K-Cup or your preferred coffee brand.
- Put ice, cooled coffee, half & half, caramel sauce, sugar, xanthan gum and vanilla into a blender. Mix on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Ghiradelli and Torani caramel sauce are two of my favorites. But Hershey's Classic Caramel Sundae syrup also works really well.
