SWEET AMISH MACARONI SALAD (DONE MY WAY)
I went on a search for a good sweet(ish) Macaroni salad. I realize I am not capable of leaving a recipe alone so this is my version. I also do not love eggs but the fam does so they say that the eggs must be added!

Steps:
- Cook the macaroni according to directions, drain well.
- While pasta is cooking mix up all the dressing ingredients till well blended and set aside.
- Chop up all the veggies.
- When macaroni has cooled and drained well mix in the dressing (add all of it if you like very creamy salad.if you don't like a lot of dressing leave out about 1/2-3/4 c of the dressing. Remember that as it sets it will soak up some of the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour, the longer you let it set the better the flavor. Overnight is not to long! Servings are approximately Does not include cook time or the chill time.

Quick and easy. Tastes best when it sits for a while before serving. I change up the veggies every time I make it, with whatever I have on hand. Carrots and celery work well.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water until macaroni is cooled.
- Place macaroni into a large salad bowl and stir in tomatoes, green bell pepper, cucumber, and green onion.

MOM'S BEST MACARONI SALAD
This is, by far, the best macaroni salad I've ever put into my mouth. It has a perfect blend of sweetness and tartness, and it is so pretty with all of the multi-colored veggies. Be ready for this to disappear before you put it on the table! I have six children, and it is all I can do to keep them from nibbling on it while I'm mixing it up!

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water, and drain.

CREAMY MACARONI SALAD
I have looked all over for a great macaroni salad; this one is it! It's easy and is a huge hit at every function I take it to. The sauce for this is a great creamy sauce. I like my salads to have a lot of creamy dressing, so I always make an extra half batch of the wet mix and add it as necessary to get the salad more wet because the pasta soaks up the sauce.

EASY SWEET AND TANGY MACARONI SALAD
My family doesn't like macaroni salad with a lot of mayonnaise. I threw together this recipe one day when I couldn't find one I liked online. It was a huge hit with everyone helping themselves to seconds. I think this recipe would also be great with some hard boiled egg added. You could also try different vegetables such as celery or green pepper according to your taste. The result is a sweet and tangy, not overly creamy or mayonnaise tasting macaroni salad. Great with grilled food!

SWEET N SOUR MACARONI SALAD
My sister gave me this recipe a long time ago.This salad is so good that you won't want to stop eating it. I make it for my family and neighbors and usually end up with an empty bowl. - Cook 2 cups of macaroni according to the directions on the package. I add about 1 teaspoon cooking oil and some salt to keep macaroni from sticking together.
- While the macaroni is cooking, in another pan hardboil 2 or 3 eggs (sometimes I just rinse the eggs and put them in with the macaroni).
- Drain the cooked macaroni, and put in large bowl.
- Peel the hard boiled eggs, chop them up and add to macaroni. Also add the onion, celery and pickles. To keep the macaroni sorta moist, I pour a little bit of the pickle juice in-- about a tablespoon.
- Mix in mustard, celery salt, pepper, and mayo. If it seems too dry, add more mayo until you like the mixture--not soppy but not dry. You will know!
- Chill before serving. Enjoy!
