Got this from allrecipes.com and just found it again (spring cleaning). Sounds different with teriyaki, Dijon, parmesan and bacon.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Put chicken in a 9" X 13" baking dish.
  • Blend the sauce and mustard together with whisk and slather evenly over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the bacon bits and cheese over that and bake until done, about 30 minutes, depends on thickness.

QUICKIE CHICKEN AND NOODLES

Super easy comfort food that can be made while you're busy doing other things in the evenings. There is hardly any prep time making it a great recipe for weeknights after work. This is my daughter's favorite meal, she likes it served with green beans and hot rolls.

Quickie Chicken and Noodles image

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, and saute in one tablespoon of the butter.
  • When chicken is no longer pink and is starting to turn golden brown, add chicken broth and carrots.
  • Simmer on medium heat approximately 10 minutes.
  • Stir in egg noodles and simmer approximately 25-30 minutes until noodles are tender.
  • Add cream of chicken soup and the remaining tablespoon of butter, simmer for 5-10 more minutes and serve.

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken and fry for 7 mins, or until golden. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for 2 mins. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, vinegar and 100ml water. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 - 5 mins over a medium heat until the chicken is sticky and coated in a thick sauce.
  • Scatter over the spring onions and sesame seeds, then serve the chicken with the rice and steamed veg.

Also, you guys who didn't like the bacon bits probably used those fake ones, right? Try Hormel Real Bacon Bits in the jar. They are like little bacon pieces instead of red ceramic (haha).
