Steps:

  • 1. Mix wel, freeze or can.
  • 2. Pressure cook 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure

60 lb ground pork
2 c salt
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp black pepper
6 Tbsp liquid smoke flavoring

  • 1. Mix well. Freeze or can. Pressure can 90 minutes at 10# pressure

1/2 c fine table salt
1/2 c tender quick
1 Tbsp accent
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp salt petre
1/3 c liquid smoke
5 Tbsp lawry's seasoned salt
2 Tbsp sage
3/4 tsp mace
50 lb pork sausage
