EASY BISQUICK OATMEAL CINNAMON RAISIN MUFFINS
My husband thinks I should open a muffin shop Ha Ha, so I have been playing with different types of muffins. Today I felt like oatmeal raisin muffins.

Steps:
- 1. Pre heat oven 400 degrees, line a muffin pan with cupcake liners
- 2. slightly beat the egg, add all the remaining ingredients, mix until the ingredients are wet, don't over mix.
- 3. I use an ice cream scoop and scoop the mixture in the cupcake liners, I got 7 muffins out of this batter, depends on how big or small you want the muffins.
- 4. Place in the oven and bake 18-20 mins, until golden brown. I will let you know how the family likes it when they get up, which will be soon when they smell these....mmmm

- Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg lightly. Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla. Add the mashed banana, and combine thoroughly. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just combined. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper bake cups, and divide the batter among them.
- Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 18 to 20 minutes.

BANANA BISQUICK MUFFINS

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line 12 muffin cups with papers liners.
- Beat sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Beat first egg into the butter until completely blended; beat in the vanilla extract with the remaining egg.
- Mix bananas, milk, and allspice together in a separate bowl; stir into the creamed butter mixture.
