- Blend lemon juice into milk [or use buttermilk if you have that on hand].
- Mix mayo and sour cream and then add milk.
- Add finely minced garlic to taste [you can also leave this out].
- Add a splash of Worcestershire, or more to taste.
- Add all the cheese you want, to taste [i always heaped in a lot of the best imported cheese i could find].
- Refrigerate.
- This will keep in the refrigerator for a month, but it probably won't last that long.

BLUE SEAS SALAD DRESSING
The recipe for this was missing for years. I recently found it and made the dressing. My husband polished it off quickly, and is already requesting it again. I usually add a bit more blue cheese than the recipe calls for because we both love it.

- 1. Using a food processor, chop the onion. Add all other ingredients to processor bowl except the blue cheese.
- 2. Blend until smooth. Stir in the blue cheese by hand. Chill. Best if made the day before serving.
- 3. Makes 2 1/2 cups of dressing.
