BRATWURST CASSEROLE
Quick and different casserole. Great way to use left over potatoes (I like to bake extra and use them instead of boiling). You can add mushrooms and top with french fried onions too. Garlic brats add a special zing!

BRATWURST CASSEROLE - MEAL IN ONE
Johnsonville Brats were on sale and I love them so I opened my cupboard doors and out came this recipe. I Challenge those of you that do not like Sauerkraut to try this recipe - I'll bet you'll say" Hey that ole Kraut isn't half bad!". This is easy to make, very little preparation and the bake time is 45 minutes where you can be doing other things. A small green salad will go well along side

BRATWURST SUPPER
After trying a few bratwurst recipes, I've found this meal-in-one is ideal for camping since it grills to perfection in a heavy-duty foil bag. Loaded with chunks of bratwurst, red potatoes, mushrooms and carrots, it's easy to season with onion soup mix and a little soy sauce. -Janice Meyer, Medford, Wisconsin

ONE-DISH BRATWURST DINNER
This recipe easily doubles and the leftovers are great. By simple reheating the brat separately and then the veggies and fruit mixture, it preserves the initial tastes. I serve this dish at least twice a month. It's easy to prepare and there is no need for side dishes.
