  • In a large skillet, cook the beef, mushrooms and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and water until a soft dough forms. , Press dough onto the bottom and 1/2 in. up the sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Stir remaining cheddar cheese into the beef mixture; spread over dough. Sprinkle with broccoli. , In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking powder. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened. Fold in cheese and broccoli., Place butter in a 13x9-in. baking dish; place dish in oven 3-5 minutes or until butter is melted. Carefully tilt baking dish to coat bottom and sides with butter. Add broccoli mixture., Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.

  • Grease a 9x13 baking pan with the butter.
  • Steam broccoli until partially cooked, about three minutes.
  • Cool and press dry.
  • Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
  • Thoroughly mix dry ingredients.
  • Stir into egg mixture.
  • Fold in broccoli, cheese and onion.
  • Spoon into baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

  • Heat i cup water to boiling add broccoli, cover cook till almost tender, drain.
  • cook and stir ground beef in skillet till brown, drain.
  • stir mushrooms into the ground beef.
  • stir in 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese, and the chopped onion.
  • mix baking mix, water and the remaining cheddar cheese until sift dough forms.
  • mix very well.
  • pat dough in bottom of greased baking dish (13x9x2) press dough up sides of dish using hands.
  • spread beef mixture on top of dough sprinkle with broccoli.

Broccoli-Cheese Crescent Squares image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • Cook the rice in 1/2 cup water as directed on the package.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli in cheese sauce, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and pepper; mix well.
  • Separate the dough into 4 rectangles.
  • Firmly press perforations to seal.
  • Press each to form a 6x3-inch rectangle.
  • Mound generous 1/3 cup of broccoli mixture evenly onto one end of each dough rectangle.
  • Fold and strech dough over the filling; press the edges to seal well (squares will be very full).
  • With a fork, crimp the edges.
  • Place on a cookie sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with 2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 19-24 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • ***NOTE***to quickly thaw frozen broccoli package, cut small slit in the center pouch; microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, or until thawed.

  • Blend cream cheese with butter.
  • Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, and onion.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Lightly brush baking pan with oil. Unroll pizza crust onto pan and press to edges. Bake on lowest rack of oven 15-18 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and mustard. Cut bell pepper and onion into small chunks. Process in food processor until coarsely chopped. Mix onion/bell pepper mixture, chicken, broccoli and mayonnaise/mustard mixture.
  • Grate cheese. Add half of the cheese to filling; mix well. Microwave chicken mixture, uncovered, on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until hot, stirring once halfway through cooking.
  • Remove pan from oven. Immediately sprinkle crust with remaining cheese.
  • Top crust with chicken mixture; spread to edges. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 16 squares. Serve.
