CHEESY BUFFALO CHICKEN RING RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: cream cheese, hot sauce, chicken, shredded monterey jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, refrigerated crescent dinner roll

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth.
- Mix in chicken and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles. On a large cookie sheet, arrange the triangles in ring, dough should overlap, leaving around 5 inches (12 ¾ cm) in the center.
- Layer half of the Mozzarella on each triangle closest to the ring.
- Spoon mixture on top of the Mozzarella. Top with the rest of the Mozzarella.
- Bring the top of the triangle over the filling and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed.
- Bake at 375˚F (190˚C) for 35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices. Serve with choice dressing.

SPICY BUFFALO ONION RINGS AND BLUE CHEESE DIP
Steps:
- Fill a large heavy saucepan with 2 to 3 inches of cooking oil and heat over medium-high heat. The oil temperature should be at 350 degrees F when you start frying.
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs and milk; then add the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly with a hand-held mixer. Strain the mixture to remove any lumps. Add more milk if you want a thinner crust. In a small bowl, mix the Cajun spice mix, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, dry mustard, and salt. Add this spice mixture to the batter. Cut the onions into thick slabs, dunk them in the batter, and fry them, in batches, in the oil until golden brown. Serve the onion rings with the Blue Cheese Dip, sliced carrot, and celery.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve the sauce in a side bowl for dipping.

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, chicken, cheddar, and ranch. Mix with a fork until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Cut each end of the onion, peel of the papery onion skin, and cut the onion on its side into large rings.
- Separate the large slices into its separate layers.
- Put the rings on a parchment paper-lined sheet tray. Take the chicken mixture and press a small amount against the inside of the onion creating a ring shape of the mixture with a hole in the middle.
- Freeze until solid. Usually 3-4 hours.
- Heat a pot of oil to 375˚F (190˚C).
- Set up a breading station by placing flour, beaten eggs, and panko bread crumbs into separate bowls.
- Working quickly, bread each frozen ring by coating in flour, then dredge in egg and lastly in bread crumbs. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Carefully lower two coated rings into the oil and fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Continue this until all of the rings are fried.
- Serve warm with blue cheese, ranch, or more buffalo sauce.

BUFFALO CHICKEN PASTA
This is a nice meal for when you are craving buffalo wings. The celery is definitely optional. This isn't super healthy, but I usually help it out by using WW pasta, Olive Oil (or bake the chicken), Olive Oil Mayo, and skim milk. Also feel free to sub Ranch dressing for the Blue Cheese. Definitely serve it with a big salad!

- Cook pasta according to directions.
- While pasta is cooking, prepare chicken with spices and cook in oil.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, red onion, and BBQ sauce.
- Place a small bowl, filled with mozzarella cheese, in the middle of a greased baking pan and arrange crescent dough triangles around the bowl with the smallest angle on the outside.
- Sprinkle ½ of the cheese along the inside of the ring and spoon BBQ chicken mixture on top of the cheese, also in a circular shape. Top with the rest of the mozzarella.
- Lay the top of the triangle over the filling and repeat until the all of the triangles have been wrapped around the filling.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into pieces and serve with choice dressing in a bowl in the middle.

- In a Dutch oven over medium heat, fill halfway with canola oil and bring to 375 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, beer, salt and 1/2 cup water until combined. The consistency should be pourable, but thick enough to coat your onion rings. Add extra beer if needed to thin it out. Dunk each segment of the cut onion into the batter, letting the excess batter drip off. Carefully add the battered onions to the hot oil, frying in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the Dutch oven. Fry until golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining onion rings. Drain on a paper-towel-lined plate and set aside. Season immediately with a sprinkle of salt.
- Dunk each chicken tender in the same batter, letting the excess batter drip off. Carefully fry in batches until golden, about 8 minutes. While the chicken is still hot, toss with the wing sauce combined with the melted butter in a bowl.
- On a slice of bread, place 2 pieces crispy chicken, 3 large onion rings and top with some of the Zesty Blue Cheese Slaw. Top with second slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches and eat like an animal.
- Combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, honey and mustard in a bowl. Whisk to combine, then mix in the carrots, green cabbage and red cabbage. Adjust the seasoning if necessary and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
