Steps:

  • Preheat a grill to medium high.
  • Wrap each hot dog in a slice of bacon. Use 2 toothpicks to secure at each end. Grill, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy, 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Place each hot dog on a bun. Top with Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, celery and a drizzle of ranch.

8 chicken hot dogs
8 slices bacon
8 hot dog buns, buttered and lightly toasted
Buffalo wings sauce, for topping
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup very thinly sliced celery
Ranch dressing, for topping

Steps:

  • Put the blue cheese, soured cream and mayonnaise in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Stir through the celery and season to taste. Cook the sausages following pack instructions. Split the hot dog buns and fill each with a sausage, the blue cheese sauce and a drizzle of buffalo hot sauce. Top with the crispy fried onions.
