  • Place butterscotch chips and butter into a glass bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 3 minutes, stirring at 30 second intervals until smooth. Set aside to cool until firm.

  • Grease pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with the 2 tablespoons of margarine and condensed milk.

  • In another saucepan, melt 1 cup of margarine over low heat.
  • Remove from heat and add brown sugar and eggs.
  • Blend well.
