WHITE CHOCOLATE SNACK MIX
Here is a sweet snack mix that is delicious and colorful. Saltiness and sweetness is the best combination! Don't be afraid of trying other cereals, candy or nuts. Salted almonds, granola, or, butterscotch chips would be fine substitutes or additions.

Steps:
- Line 3 baking sheets with waxed paper or parchment. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mini pretzels, toasted oat cereal, crispy corn cereal squares, salted peanuts, and candy-coated chocolate pieces. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil on medium-high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well.
- Spread onto prepared baking sheets. Cool; break apart. Store in an airtight container.

- In a large bowl, combine the peanuts, cereal and raisins. In a microwave, melt the butter, candy coating and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. , Working in batches, place sugar in a large bag; add coated mixture. Close bag and shake to coat. Spread onto baking sheets; sprinkle with M&M's. When cool, store in airtight containers.

If there are still some chunks, microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring each time until the mixture is smooth. Be sure not to microwave too much or the white chocolate will become chalky.
- In an extra large bowl or roasting pan, add all of the remaining ingredients. Pour half of the melted chocolate on top and stir well. Add the remaining chocolate and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture out over wax paper on the counter and let cool for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
