- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a serving bowl, combine the pineapple, crab, red and jalapeno peppers and cilantro., Drain and rinse pasta in cold water; add to crab mixture. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Chill until serving.

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add crab, onions, carrot, cucumber and green pepper. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, seasoned salt, vinegar and pepper; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl if desired.

CREAMY CRAB SALAD
I love crab salad. This is my version.

Steps:
- 1. Rinse and drain the imitation crab meat. Flake into a medium bowl.
- 2. Dice the celery and onion. Add to the crab meat.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, mayo, relish, and garlic powder.
- 4. Pour the dressing mixture over the crab meat and stir to mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with dill weed, then toss lightly to mix. Chill for one hour to blend flavors.
- 5. Notes: You can substitute 1 T. dried minced onion for the fresh onion.
CARIBBEAN CRABMEAT SALAD WITH CREAMY GINGERED DRESSING
This is so delicious and easy to make. Makes a lovely presentation with avocado slices, purple onion rings & mango slices and some nciely fresh baked bread or biscuits. CARIBBEAN CHICKEN SALAD

- Place the chicken in a bowl, and cover with the teriyaki marinade sauce. Marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- In a small bowl mix the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro. Cover salsa, and refrigerate.
- In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, sugar, oil, vinegar, and lime juice. Cover dressing, and refrigerate.
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and discard marinade. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
- Arrange mixed salad greens on plates. Spoon some of the salsa over each salad, and sprinkle with 1/4 of the pineapple chunks. Break tortilla chips into large chunks, and sprinkle over salads. Lay some of the grilled chicken strips on each salad. Finally, drizzle dressing over each salad, and serve.

- Boil noodles til tender.
- Rinse in cold water.
- Put noodles, crabmeat,pepper, lettuce, in bowl and set aside.
- in a small bowl, whisk zest, lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin ginger, and salt.
- Pour over salad and toss.
- Cool in fridge at least one hour before serving.
