CRUNCHY CANDY CLUSTERS

Steps:
- Place candy coating in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Add peanut butter. Stir in extract if desired. , In a large bowl, combine the cereals and marshmallows. Add the peanut butter mixture and stir until the cereal mixture is well coated. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set. Store at room temperature.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture until mixture resembles coarse crumbs (do not overmix)., Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows; bake 2-3 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool on a wire rack., For topping, in a large saucepan, combine the corn syrup, butter and peanut butter chips. Cook and stir over medium heat until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in the vanilla, cereal, nuts and M&M's. Spread over crust. Cool before cutting.

This is a favorite candy recipe shared with me from my mother-in-law.

Steps:
- 1. Combine corn syrup and sugar in saucepan.
- 2. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is melted.
- 3. Remove from heat.
- 4. Add peanut butter and stir until melts.
- 5. Add the cornflakes, 1 cup at a time. Work quickly as mixture hardens quickly.
- 6. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to wax paper.

- Flatten into large shallow pan. that has been buttered and or sprayed with pam,like a cookie sheet.
- Cut before it gets hard. into squares.

- In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts, marshmallows and peanut butter. Stir until evenly mixed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, or in a double boiler, cook chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Stir chocolate into cereal mixture. Mixture will be slightly runny.
- Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. Let set until firm, 2 hours. Store in an airtight container.

Let stand until chocolate is set. Break into small pieces.
