Checkerboard Turkey Sandwiches Recipe 5

Steps:

• Spread wheat bread with cream cheese spread; top with turkey, tomatoes and white bread.
• Cut sandwich into 3 horizontal strips, then 3 vertical strips to make 9 squares. Turn 4 or 5 of the squares upside down.
• Arrange squares on plate, alternating colors as needed to resemble a checkerboard.

• Mix Pantry Club Gourmet Bacon Cheddar Dill Dip Seasoning with cream cheese. Spread wheat bread with cream cheese mixture, then top with turkey, tomatoes and white bread. Cut sandwich into 3 horizontal strips; then 3 vertical strips to make 9 squares. Turn 4 or 5 of the squares upside down. Arrange squares on plate,alternating colors to resemble a checkerboard. Option: This can be done with a variety of breads (pumpernickel, rye, etc.), just choose bread with different colors.

• Combine mayonnaise and pickle relish and spread on one side of each slice of bread. Top one of the spread sides with the ham and cheese and top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down. Cut into quarters and proceed as directed above.

• Spread the whole wheat bread with jelly.
• Put the two pieces of bread together.
• Cut sandwich into quarters. Turn over 2 quarters.
• Place back together on plate to resemble checkerboard.
• Top each quarter with 1 Goldfish cracker.
