- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the chicken, gravy, milk, mushrooms, chilies and dressing mix. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender., Stir in cream cheese; cover and cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Blend flour, 1/2 teaspoon thyme and allspice in small bowl.
- Set aside 1 tablespoon of flour mixture.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then with enough of remaining flour mixture to coat.
- Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to skillet.
- Saute until brown, about 4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to plate.
- Add mushrooms, onion, and remaining 1 teaspoon thyme to skillet.
- Saute until mushrooms are brown, about 5 minutes.
- Mix in reserved 1 tablespoon flour mixture; cook 1 minute.
- Add cream and broth and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Return chicken and any collected juices to skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered until chicken is cooked through and gravy thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Place the dried mushrooms in pot with 2 cups of the stock. Simmer to soften the mushrooms and flavor the stock. When rehydrated, remove the mushrooms from the stock and chop. Reserve the stock, except for the very bottom, which may contain grit from the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper, and then dredge in flour. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the chicken to brown on both sides. Remove to a plate and add a bit more oil if necessary. Add 2 tablespoons of the butter to the pan and melt. When the butter foams, add the garlic, onions, sage, thyme and some salt and pepper, and cook to soften, 7 to 8 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, then deglaze the pan with the wine. Add the chopped mushrooms and whisk in the flavored stock. Cook to thicken a bit and add the chicken back to the sauce.
- Cool and store for a make-ahead meal. Reheat over medium heat.
- To serve, heat the remaining 1 cup stock, the milk and 1 cup water to a low boil. Whisk in the polenta, and then whisk to thicken, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons butter, some salt and pepper and the grated cheese.
- Serve the polenta in shallow bowls topped with the chicken, gravy and a sprinkle of parsley.

- In a large bowl combine two cans cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using) evaporated milk, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper; mix until well combined; place in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Set oven to 425°F (set oven rack to lowest position).
- Pour the melted butter into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl combine flour with 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture one piece at a time to coat completely.
- Place the chicken in the pan skin-side down.

- While the chicken is cooking heat 2-3 tablespoons oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add in sliced onions and mushrooms; sauté until tender, then mix in with the mushroom soup mixture.
- After the last 20 minutes of cooking the chicken remove from oven and drain all fat from pan.
- Slightly warm the soup mixture in the microwave then then pour the soup mixture in the pan on top and around the chicken.
- Sprinkle the top lightly with paprika.
- Reduce oven heat to 325°F.
- Cover pan with foil and continue baking for about 20 minutes.

- Pour melted butter into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish; set aside. Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat. - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

- Place rice in a saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Prepare chicken while the rice is cooking.

- Mix flour, breadcrumbs, parmesean cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Dip steaks into a small amount of milk and then dredge in the flour mixture.
- Place 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 5 minutes on one side (cooking time depends on thickness of steak).
- The juices from the steak might soak up the flour, so before you flip the steaks add some more of the flour mixture, patting it down with a spatula.
- When brown, flip over and continue to cook for another 3 mintues (again cooking time varies).
- When finished cooking, remove steaks and keep warm.
- FOR GRAVY:.
- Once steaks are finished cooking add a small amount of oil (most of oil, if not all, will have been used in cooking the steaks) and cook the mushrooms.
- Add 1/4 water, salt&pepper, and continue cooking.
- Make sure to get all of the scraps from the sides of the pan that the steaks left into the liquid you are cooking the mushrooms in.
- When most of liquid is cooked off, sprinkle remaining flour over mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk and cook until thickened to your liking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy!

- Heat oil in skillet coated with cooking spray over med-high heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
- Remove mushrooms from pan and keep warm.
- Mix together the McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken and thyme.
- Rub over chicken breasts.
- Add to pan (spray with a little more cooking spray if pan is very dry).
- Sear at least 5 minutes on first side before turning over.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Continue turning and cooking until chicken is golden brown and just about cooked through (about 20 minutes), adding ¼ cup chicken broth to pan half way through, if necessary.
- With a whisk, combine chicken broth and cornstarch in a cup.
- Add broth and mushrooms to pan with chicken.
- Bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes as gravy thickens.
- Serving is 1 piece of chicken with about 33 cups of gravy and mushrooms.

CHICKEN CUTLETS WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM GRAVY
This is simple to make and so good! I have made it several times and plan on making it on a regular basis, we really enjoyed this chicken dish. Although it does not say to, I deglazed the pan with about 1/4 cup dry white wine after I browned the cutlets and transfered them to a plate, you can also deglaze with dry vermouth. If you don't care for garlic then leave it out.

- Flatten chicken breasts slightly between two pieces of plastic wrap.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, 1 teaspoon thyme, allspice, salt and pepper (set aside about 1 heaping tablespoon flour).
- Rinse the chicken in cold water, pat dry with paper towel.
- Coat the chicken with flour mixture.
- In a heavy large skillet oven medium heat melt the butter with olive oil.
