CINNAMON SUGAR CREAM CHEESE WONTONS

Steps:
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix cream cheese, 8 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a bowl until well blended. Spoon 1 teaspoonful of the filling into each wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton like a triangle and seal 2 edges together with water; squeeze the sides together to lock out the air. Wet the ends of the triangle; fold into the center 1 at a time.
- Place the filled wontons carefully into the oil; cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 2 minutes. Turn wontons over and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Mix 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of fried wontons.

ORANGE-GINGER FRIED WONTONS

- In a heavy-bottomed, straight-sided, medium saute pan, add enough oil to reach at least 1-inch up the sides. Heat over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, ginger, cream cheese, cinnamon, and salt until very well blended. Fill each wonton with a rounded teaspoon of filling and brush a little water along the edges of the wonton dough. Fold in half diagonally and pinch the wontons shut, making triangles. (Make all the wontons before frying.)
- Working in batches, carefully fry the wontons 3 or 4 at a time, just until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes, turning once. Remove the wontons and any blot excess oil on a paper towel. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving, as the filling will be extremely hot. Lightly dust with confectioners' sugar and serve warm.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Lay the wonton wrappers out flat on a baking sheet. Brush evenly with melted margarine. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar over the top of each one.
- Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven, or until crisp. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a large baking sheet with butter flavored cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; toss to coat apples.
- Place wonton wrappers on a flat surface. Drop apple mixture by teaspoonfuls onto center of each wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper with wet fingers, fold over one corner to make a triangle and press sides together to seal. Transfer filled wrappers to prepared baking sheet and coat surface with cooking spray.
- Bake until wontons are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Place wontons on individual plates and sift with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream on the side.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl combine sugar & cinnamon.
- Separate wonton wrappers & place on baking sheets, about 1/2 inch apart.
- Using pastry brush, brush lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon/sugar.
- Bake 5-7 minutes, until crisp & golden, being careful not to overbake.
- Cool on wire rack.

WONTON NAPOLEONS
Steps:
- Pour enough oil into small saucepan to come 1/4 inch up sides of pan. Heat oil over medium-low heat. Using tongs and working with 1 wonton at a time, submerge wontons into hot oil, frying until golden brown, about 15 seconds for first side and 10 seconds for second side. Transfer fried wontons to paper towels to drain (wontons will continue to color slightly as they cool). Sprinkle fried wontons with cinnamon. Cool completely.
- To Assemble:
- Place 4 fried wontons on work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of whipped topping over each. Arrange 1 sliced strawberry and 2 to 3 raspberries over whipped topping on each wonton. Spoon 1 tablespoon of whipped topping over berries on each wonton. Top with another fried wonton. Repeat layering 2 more times. Spoon dollops of remaining whipped topping atop each cake stack. Garnish napoleons with remaining strawberries and raspberries, and mint sprigs (optional). Serve immediately.

- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the coconut, banana, walnuts and pineapple. Fold in marshmallow creme., Position a wonton wrapper with 1 point toward you. Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use. Place 2 teaspoons of filling in the center of wrapper.
