Steps:
- In heavy saucepan combine evaporated milk, sugar, salt and butter. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. Boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, add morsels. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
- Spread into foil lined 9-inch pan. Chill 30 minutes.
- In heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar and walnuts. Stir until well blended.
- Spread over peanut butter fudge layer.
- Chill until firm (2 hours).

PEANUT BUTTER MICROWAVE FUDGE

Steps:
- Line a baking dish with parchment or waxed paper.
- Combine peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and thoroughly combined. Allow mixture to sit and cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, until well incorporated. Press into the prepared dish and place in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, or overnight for a firmer fudge.

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE (EASY)
This peanut butter fudge is made with 7 common kitchen ingredients. (Corn syrup might be an exception for some kitchens.) This is easy to make and it is smooth and creamy. I have been making it for years and it is great for fund raisers. You can use crunchy peanut butter but I prefer creamy.

Steps:
- In a heavy sauce pan over medium heat, mix sugar, milk, margarine and syrup stirring only until sugar dissolves.
- While the mixture cooks measure out peanut butter and vanilla and line a square dish with foil and butter it.
- Continue cooking mixture until it reaches soft ball on a candy thermometer.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT!
- THIS IS IMPORTANT AND WILL EFFECT OUT COME.
- Let it sit for just a moment (about 5 seconds).
- Add peanut butter to hot mixture and stir quickly.
- Add vanilla and stir.
- Pour into buttered dish.
- Let it remain still after pouring and the top will have a glossy shine when it sets up.
- (about 2 hours).
- Cut into 1 inch squares.
- This is very rich.
- Note: When I am making this for my family, I just butter a glass dish and cut it out.
- For presentation, it is easier to line the pan and remove it before cutting with a thin sharp knife.

Steps:
- Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, bring the butter, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Allow to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pan from the heat.
- Stir in the pecans and vanilla.
- Add the confections' sugar and stir until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish.
- Allow to cool to room temperature then cut into 1-inch squares and serve, or store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
