COLA BROWNIES
Use Betty Crocker® fudge brownie mix to make these delicious cola brownies.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, egg, cola and buttermilk until well blended. Spread into pan.
- Bake 24 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2-inches from side comes out clean or almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butter on HIGH 45 to 60 seconds, stirring once, until melted; stir in cocoa and cola. Gradually beat in powdered sugar.
- Spread frosting over brownies; sprinkle with pecans. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat brownie mix, flour, egg, water and oil until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Let stand 30 minutes. , Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow dish. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into sugar; gently roll to coat. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

- Combine flour and sugar in large bowl.
- Heat butter, cocoa and Coca Cola to boiling point; pour over sugar mixture.
- Mix buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, marshmallows and vanilla and add to mixture. Mix well. Batter will be thin.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Frosting: Combine margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola and heat to boiling.
- Pour over sugar.
- Blend with mixer until smooth; add nuts and vanilla.
- Pour over cake while frosting is still hot. Cool and cut into squares.

- Temperature and timing is very important with this recipe so before you start get all the ingredients weighed out, two baking trays lined with parchment paper and the oven preheated to 180C (160C fan) 350F.
- Place the butter and chocolate into a heatproof bowl and set over a pan and gently simmering water. Allow to melt, stirring occasionally until fully melted. Remove the bowl from the heat and set aside for the moment.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, or using an electric hand mixer, whisk together the eggs and sugars for exactly 5 minutes. Once the eggs have been mixing for exactly 5 minutes pour in the chocolate mixture and mix for a minute or so to combine.
- Meanwhile mix together the dry ingredients, sieving the cocoa powder if it has lots of lumps. Add the dry ingredients and mix very briefly just until combined. Use your spatula to give one last mix, scraping the bottom of the bowl to make sure everything is evenly combined.
