- Combine chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes. Beat cream cheese, milk and garlic powder with mixer until blended; stir in 2 Tbsp. basil. Reserve half; mix remaining half with the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the remaining cream cheese mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture twice. Top with remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture and mozzarella; cover.

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, grated parmesan, ½ the basil and tomatoes. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, ½ and ½ and garlic until well combined. Using a spoon, stir in half the basil. Set half of the cream cheese mixture aside and stir the remaining half in with the chicken mixture.
- Take half of the cream cheese mixture (without the chicken) and spread it into a 9x13 baking dish, covering the bottom. Lay 3 noodles on top and then top with ⅓ of the chicken mixture. Repeat the noodles and chicken mixture two more times, ending with a noodle layer.
- Top with the last half of the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the whole milk mozzarella slices on top in rows of three, like shown.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over everything, and then top with more basil if desired.
- Bake 25 minute or until heated through.

- Fold two 18-in. square pieces of foil into thirds. Crisscross strips and place strips on bottom and up sides of a 6-qt. slow cooker. Coat strips with cooking spray. Combine artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, basil and 2 garlic cloves., In a large skillet, crumble chicken over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Set chicken aside. Add oil and onion; cook and stir just until tender, 6-8 minutes. Add salt, pepper and remaining garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in wine. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half, 4-5 minutes. Stir in cream, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Return chicken to pan. In a bowl, combine egg, cottage cheese and remaining Parmesan., Spread 3/4 cup meat mixture into slow cooker. Layer with 3 noodles (breaking noodles as necessary to fit), 3/4 cup meat mixture, 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture, 1 cup artichoke mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. A white lasagna featuring ground chicken and a mild flavor. I use Sargento 6-cheese italian blend (mozzarella, parmesan, romano, fontina, provalone, and asiago) for the 4 cups cheese. I use Classico roasted red pepper alfredo sauce for the 15 oz alfredo.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- With 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté chopped spinach. Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Set aside when done.
- With remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the onion and garlic. Add chicken. Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
- Mix 2 cups mozzarella with ricotta cheese and parmesan in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs and add to cheese mixture.
- Mix alfredo sauce, cream of chicken, and milk in separate medium mixing bowl. Blend well.
