Crisp Berry Rose Sangria Recipes
CRISP BERRY ROSE' SANGRIA
A refreshing sangria made with Rose' with fresh berries. I made this 3 ways and enjoyed all. Without the optional juices for a crisper drier sangria or with OJ for a sweet tangier heartier sangria, or with the pineapple for a whole different sweet tropical sangria.

Steps:
- Mix berries and toss in sugar let sit to macerate about 20 minutes. Just enough to be slightly softened.
- Top with ice cubes.
- Add brandy, triple sec and chilled wine.
- Add optional juice of choice if desired. Or have it on the side and let guests add for their tastes.
- Stir and and serve icy cold.

BERRY ROSé SANGRIA
Steps:
- Put berries into a heatproof pitcher. Bring sugar, water, and crème de cassis just to a simmer in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour syrup into heatproof pitcher and let stand 5 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice and stir mixture well. Chill, covered, until ready to serve. Serve over ice.
BERRY ROSé SANGRIA
Somewhere between a sangria and a spritz, this rose based cocktail is light, fresh and fruity. It's the perfect drink for a warm summer day - or just when you wish it was.

Steps:
- Combine the rosé, vodka, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and watermelon in a 64-ounce jar. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
- To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice and top with cold seltzer.
ROSE SANGRIA
Steps:
- Combine the rose, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, sugar, Grand Marnier, Cognac, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of ice in a large glass pitcher. Stir in the raspberries, strawberries, and plums, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, fill wine goblets or highball glasses halfway with ice. Pour the sangria over the ice, spooning some of the macerated fruit into each glass. Serve ice cold.
