I enjoy making these hamburgers because they have that steak flavor in it. I just serve them right off the grill, they are bursting with flavor. Thanks Char-griller for this excellent burger recipe. I had to share with you all.

Steps:

Mix ground beef and Montreal steak seasoning together in a bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties.
Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill patties until browned, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
Serve grilled patties on hamburger buns.

I made this up when I wanted a Philly but only had hamburger. These are greasy; you will need a napkin.

Dee's Philly Cheese Steak Burger image

Steps:

Butter hamburger buns lightly and grill until lightly browned.
Take out of pan.
Saute onions and bell pepper in what is left of butter after you butter the hamburger buns.
Make 6 patties.
Grill patties until done.
Add sauteed veggies; top with cheese.
Cover to let cheese melt.

Tommy's Deer Burgers image

Steps:

Chop 1 lb of raw bacon into small pieces.
add all ingredients and deer meat into bowl along with the chopped up bacon.
cover bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to marinate.
After marinating time, take meat out of refrigerator and make into patties.
Should make about 8 patties.
Place patties into glass baking dish and bake until done in oven at 400 degrees.
A better alternative is grill on a barbeque grill until done, or however you like your meat.

2 lbs ground deer meat
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon of minced onion
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Country Bob all purpose sauce
1 lb of uncooked bacon
