SPICY CHICKEN WINGS
Steps:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold running water, then drain and blot dry completely with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic salt, pepper, cayenne, and oregano. Season just 1 side of the wings for mild, or for hotter wings, turn the wings to coat the other side with seasonings and then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high.
- Grill chicken wings, turning once, until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Serve immediately with a side of Blue Cheese Dressing.
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
EASY SPICY CHICKEN WINGS
The wings may be oven baked instead of grilling, this also works well using small chicken drumsticks instead of the wings although cooking time will need to be increased --- adjust the cayenne pepper to suit heat level, and the recipe may be doubled, this is easy and *ver* good!

Steps:
- Set grill to high heat.
- Season the wings lightly with seasoned salt.
- Cook the wings 8-10 minutes on each side (cooking time will take slightly longer for larger pieces).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and black pepper.
- Place the wings in a large plastic container with a lid.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked wings and toss using hands fitted with rubber gloves or seal and shake the container to coat the wings with the sauce.
- Delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and clean chicken wings and assemble in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave (in batches if need be) around 15-20 minutes, until par-cooked.
- Lay chicken skin side up in a single layer on a baking rack (be sure to have something below to catch the drips).
- Bake for 20 minutes until skin is brown and crispy.
- Toss in a bowl with the entire bottle of hot sauce.
- Serve!

- Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 400ºF.
- Place wings in single layer in shallow foil pan. Place pan on grate over unlit area; close lid. Grill 20 min. or until wings are lightly browned, monitoring for consistent temperature.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup mayo mixture; mix remaining mayo mixture with ranch dressing.
- Brush both sides of wings generously with reserved mayo mixture. Grill 15 min. or until wings are done. Serve with dressing mixture.

These chicken wings are surprisingly delicious for how few ingredients are involved! I made them for the first time at a football party, and within 10 minutes everyone had eaten all 5 pounds!

Steps:
- Mix brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce together in a bowl. Measure 1/4 cup marinade for basting and transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate.
- Place wings in a large resealable bag. Pour remaining marinade over wings, coating well. Seal and marinate wings at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Remove chicken wings from resealable bag and transfer to a baking sheet. Discard marinade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Baste wings with reserved 1/4 cup marinade; cook, basting every 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 30 more minutes.

- Place the wings in greased large baking pans. Bake at 375° for 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear. , Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, combine the cornstarch, soy sauce and water until smooth. Stir in the pepper sauce, ginger and garlic. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; whisk in oil., Drain wings; transfer to large roasting pans. - Add the Paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, sriracha sauce, salt, and oil olive in a bowl. Mix till well combined.
- Wash the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen towel/paper towel. Add in the marinade to the chicken and mix till it's well rubbed all over the chicken and all parts are covered in the marinade. Cover the bowl and put in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Bring the chicken out of the fridge, line a baking tray with baking paper, and arrange the wings on it in a single layer. Put the tray in the middle rack on the oven. Bake at a temperature of 175 C for 10 minutes then increase to 200C /400F and bake for another 15 minutes or till done.
- When it's done, bring the baking tray out and let the chicken rest in the tray for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
