- mix first four ingredients and enough milk to make a runny batter.
- spray a pan with olive oil spray.
- pour batter onto pan.
- fry on each side at medium heat for about 45 seconds.
- top with berries, honey, etc.
FAT FREE GINGER MOLASSES PANCAKES

Steps:
- Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and cloves into a bowl.
- Stir in the milk, apple butter, and molasses.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
- Using about 1/4 cup, put the batter onto a non-stick griddle or a pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Flip them when the top is covered with bubbles and they are starting to brown on the edges.
- Cook for about 2 more minutes or until they are brown.

Steps:
- Note: The finished pancake will need very little syrup if pure maple syrup is added to the batter.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Wisk all wet ingredients together in a larger bowl.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients as you stir. Place mixture in refrigerator for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the rice bran to absorb some of the moisture.
- Cook pancakes on warm griddle.

- For the lemon cream cheese topping, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice in small bowl on medium speed until well combined and fluffy.
- For pancakes, heat griddle or skillet to medium high heat, and grease with cooking spray, veg oil, or shortening.
- Beat egg with whisk in medium bowl until fluffy. Beat remaining ingredients until just smooth.
- Pour batter by scant 1/4 cup-fulls onto heated skillet or griddle. Cook about 1 1/2 minutes until bubbles form. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
- Serve with topping.
