- Cook on high in the slow cooker for 4 hours or 6 on low. Shred the chicken with a hand mixer. Trust me, it's so much easier to do it with the hand mixer!
FIESTA CROCK-POT CHICKEN
My neighbor came up with this and brought me some to try. After one taste I asked how he made it and this is what he said. I'm guessing at the amounts of some ingredients.

Steps:
- Pour tomato soup in bottom of crockpot.
- Place chicken pieces on top of soup.
- Sprinkle chicken pieces with taco seasoning.
- Pour salsa on top of chicken.
- Cover and cook for 8-10 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, shred chicken and mix well.
- Serve with tossed salad, on floured tortilla if desired and top with sour cream and/or shredded cheese.

- Take 4 frozen, yes, frozen (or thawed), boneless chicken breasts put into crock pot. Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of corn drained. Keep in crock pot on low for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Once it is cooked, take it out and shred it. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Add 1 package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour. It may look at little strange at this point. Don't worry. Stir in the cream cheese.
