Gingered Caramel and Yogurt Dip for Fruit image

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  • Beat in yogurt until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes until chilled.
  • Spoon dip into small serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with 1 to 2 teaspoons caramel topping; swirl into dip with tip of knife.
  • Sprinkle with ginger.

Ginger Dip with Apples and Pears image

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, yogurt, honey and gingerroot in medium bowl with spoon until creamy. Fold in pineapple. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
  • Mix orange juice and water. Slice pears and apples. Dip pears and apples in orange juice mixture; drain.
  • Sprinkle almonds over cream cheese mixture just before serving. Serve with pears and apples.
