- IN DOUBLE BOILER MELT HAZAL NUT PEANUT BUTTER AND CARAMEL AND SEMI SWEET CHOC CHIPS TIL SMOOTH. ADD MILK AND STIR TIL SMOOTH
- ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND OATMEAL TIL OATMEAL IS FULLY COVERED WITH MIXTURE. THEN DROP BY TABSPFULS ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH WAX PAPER SPRAYED LITELY WITH PAM. I PUT MINE IN FRIDGE FOR A FASTER SET ABOUT 30 MINS
- WHILE IN FRIDGE CUT WAX PAPER TO SHAPE OF PLATE AND SPRAY LITELY WITH PAM. THEN SPRAY TURNER U R GOING TO USE WITH PAM, TO LIFT THEM OFF COOKIE SHEET WITH AND PLATE

been experimenting with a lot of different ways of making no bakes. want to set up a table with some of my baked goods and beads i've made. and run off some of my turkey day and christmas recipes and new years and no bakes and get the hole puncher out and put them in a note book to take when i set up my table.

- in double boiler melt peanut butter hazal nut and choc chips til smooth
- add 1/2 can sweetened con milk stirring as u add it til smooth
- add powdered sugar and oatmeal stir til thick and oats r completely covered
- drop by wooden spoonfuls onto cookie sheet with wax paper
- i place them in fridge til set. then take them out and plate and serve. hope u like it

- Bring sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa to a boil in a large saucepan. Let boil until all sugar crystals on the sides of the pan are dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir in oats and coconut until evenly distributed. Quickly spoon tablespoonfuls of dough onto sheets of waxed paper and allow cookies to set up, about 20 minutes.

- melt caramel cubes in double boiler til smooth. add milk stir til smooth.
- add powdered sugar til smooth and add coconut 1 cup at a time maybe 1 1/2 -2 cups a lil more if the mixture will take it. [bags of caramel vary in size]
- stir til mixture is thick and coconut is covered in caramel mixture. drop by tabspfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper
- i always place mine in fridge til set. then take out and plate hope u like it

- add the coconut 1 cup at a time. i added 3 cups and it did great. blend well. should b real thick.

This is the first cookie I ever learned to make as a child. They're very delicious with the peanut butter and oatmeal. You can eat them fresh out of the pan in a bowl with a spoon, which is delicious with a glass of milk besides. This no-bake cookie recipe was my grandmother's, and my mother taught it to her children, and I will to mine. I hope you have as much fun making this either by yourself or with your children, as I did with my mom. Separate cookies with waxed paper if putting in a tin or baggie to prevent sticking.
