Steps:
- Remove paper liners from peanut butter cups; place upside down on waxed paper. Place a small amount of frosting on each peanut butter cup; center a mint on each. Using frosting, make a loop for each cap's tassel. Place an M&M on top of each loop.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer, add food coloring, until you get the color of your choosing, add flavoring and mix well, turn mixer down to the lowest speed and add powdered sugar 1/2 C at a time.Mix until smooth.
- 2. This is where you find out who your real friends are! :p Roll a ball of mint and dip in sugar, place in the center of the mold and press, pop out mints and place on wax paper to dry, 4-5 days, (flip everyday to dry faster)
- 3. Like I said, Very time consuming, but VERY worth it! Enjoy!!
GRADUATION MINTS
Steps:
- 1. Mix first three. Knead Until like pie dough.
- 2. Add coloring. Can add more powdered sugar if sticky.
- 3. Roll into small marble sized balls, dip into sugar and press into molds. Makes roughly 240 mints.

- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mint extract until smooth. Gradually beat in as much confectioners' sugar as possible; knead in remaining confectioners' sugar. , Divide mixture into four portions. Tint one pink, one green and one yellow, leaving one portion white. For each color, shape into 1/2-in. balls. Dip one side of each ball into sugar. Press sugared side into small candy molds; unmold and place on waxed paper. Let stand 1 hour or until dry before storing in airtight containers; refrigerate. May be stored for up to 1 week before serving.

- Place cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, start adding powdered sugar until you reach the consistency of play dough. This will probably be slightly less than a 2-pound bag of powdered sugar. If the dough is sticky at all, keep adding powdered sugar.
- To make mints, take a marble-sized portion of dough, roll it in granulated sugar, and press into a mint mold. Remove mint by inverting the mint mold. The mint should pop right out. Repeat with remaining dough. Store in fridge until ready to serve.

- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter and syrup. Gradually add in the powdered sugar until completely mixed in. Mixture will be really thick.
- Add the mix into a piping bag and pipe small dollops out on to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Once firm, dip one side in a bowl of melted chocolate chips, then return to cookie sheet. Keep in fridge, serve chilled.
