Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread horseradish on the bottoms of the Hawaiian bread rolls and cover each with 1 slice roast beef and 1 slice Swiss cheese. Cover with top bread rolls.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion, brown sugar, spicy mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Pour over Hawaiian rolls and sprinkle rolls with poppy seeds. Cover with aluminum foil.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the rolls in half and place the bottoms in a single layer in a 9-by-13-inch dish.
- Mix the salad dressing and some hot sauce together in a small bowl. Spread the mixture on the rolls in the dish. Layer on the roast beef and then the cheese over the rolls. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter with the lemon pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle or brush the butter mixture over the sandwiches. Cover with foil.
- Bake until the cheese melts, 10 to 12 minutes. Uncover and cook until lightly browned, about another 2 minutes. Serve hot.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
- Stir together the melted butter, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Without separating into individual rolls, slice the top half of the bread off the bottom. Place the bottom portion of the rolls in the prepared baking dish. Layer the shaved roast beef on top, then the crispy onions, then a layer of provolone, then top with layer of pickles. Place the top section of the rolls on the sandwich stacks. Stir the spiced butter and then liberally brush over the tops of the rolls until entirely coated.
- Bake, uncovered, until the cheese is ooey gooey and the tops of the rolls are golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into sliders with a large chef's knife.

These are mini sandwiches made on sweet Hawaiian rolls containing ham and cheese. They are oven baked and easy to make. Definitely a crowd pleaser with all ages. You can adjust your ham and cheese to your liking. As written they make very hearty sandwiches. You fill up quickly. If you like your sandwiches lighter you could easily spread the pound of meat and cheese over 24 rolls instead of 12. Likewise adjust the butter to your taste. If you like a lot use the one stick and if you like less use half a stick. These can be made with roast beef or turkey too and american or cheddar cheese also. These were a hit at our house. - Melt butter and mix in mustard, sauce and onion.
- Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally (keeping all top and bottom halves separately in tact).

- Combine loaves of dough and shape into one ball. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 90 minutes., In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the red pepper, onion, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until vegetables are tender., Punch dough down. On a lightly floured surface, roll into a 15x12-in. rectangle. Combine the beef, cheese and red pepper mixture; spread over the dough to within 1/2 in of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long edge; pinch seams and ends to seal. Place seam side down on a lightly greased baking sheet., In a small bowl, beat egg white and water; brush over dough. Cut a slit with a sharp knife in top of dough.
