- 10-Minute Ice Cream Pops. It's no wonder these rank as the top spot on the list, the name says it all. The secret? Slice up store-bought pints of ice cream and then dip them in a homemade chocolate shell.
- Ice Cream Freezer Pops. Ree uses store-bought vanilla ice cream and adds her favorite mix-ins, like crushed sandwich cookies, peanut butter cups and candy-coated chocolates to create these single-serving treats.
- Strawberry-Chia Breakfast Pops. Another breakfast ice pop on the list? What can we say, the people love a frozen treat in the morning. This one's packed with fresh fruit and chia seeds; you can substitute out the strawberries for other fruit, like (pitted) cherries, berries or peaches.
- Mocha Pops. These coffeehouse-inspired pops are cool on their own, but the middle layer of chocolate cookie crumbles really takes this treat to the next level.
- Kale-Banana Breakfast Pops. Hear us out before you start talking trash about having greens in your ice pops. This smoothie-turned-ice pop is one of our favorite ways to start a hot summer day: Banana and a touch of maple syrup sweeten up the greens and Greek yogurt makes it feel a little more decadent.
- Spiked Watermelon Pops. We can pretty much guarantee that Giada's boozy pops will be a hit at your next party. Don't skip the fresh mint—it adds a cool burst of unexpected, but welcome, flavor.
- Creamy Pistachio Pops. They may taste exotic, but you'll only need a few simple ingredients to make Aarti Sequeira's ice pops. Earl Grey tea, cardamom and pistachios, of course, are the flavor base.
- Fireworks Pops. Just like the classic ice cream truck pops, but with ingredients you can actually pronounce. The hardest part is waiting while each layer of color freezes—but the iconic look is worth the effort.
- Frozen Creamy Orange Pop. If you love the grocery store version of velvety smooth orange-flavored ice pop, you're going to really love these. You'll get the same classic flavors, but can feel good about taking down a few of these homemade pops, which have a Greek yogurt and orange juice base.
- Fruit Pops (pictured above) A summer snack you don't have to hold back on. These mango-strawberry pops are the perfect healthy anytime treat. Thinking about skipping the layers?

- White Wine Sangria Ice Pops. Just as tasty as they are gorgeous. Choose your favorite dry white wine, like a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc, to pair with the fruit and white grape juice.
- Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Pops. Psst: They’re made with Greek yogurt instead of ice cream, but you’d never know. Feel free to skip the green food coloring—we're just suckers for nostalgia.
- Raspberry Prosecco Ice Pops. Sparkling wine + fresh raspberries + sugar = the easiest summer dessert ever invented.
- Cold Brew Ice Pops. Is it cool if we eat these for breakfast? Go the extra mile by sprinkling a few chocolate-covered espresso beans onto the top of each mold in the middle of freezing.
- Berry-Coconut Rocket Pops. A fun and easy DIY version of the classic ice cream truck treat—minus the artificial dyes and ingredients.
- Rainbow Cake Batter Ice Pops. Happy birthday to us. Most recipes lean on powdered cake mix as a base, but we opted for a homemade custard (and all the sprinkles) instead.
- Watermelon-Kiwi Ice Pops. No ice pop molds required here. All you need are paper cups, sticks and a freezer.
- Cookies-and-Cream Ice Pops. The kids will be beyond psyched to sink their teeth into all those big Oreo chunks. The secret to its creamy texture and irresistible flavor?
- Fresh Fruit Ice Pops. Do your farmers market haul justice by turning that fresh produce into something delicious. All it takes is fruit, lemon juice and agave for sweetening.
- Coconut Ice Pops. A creamy, dreamy treat, all thanks to coconut milk. Add a pop of tartness by topping the molds off with a layer of raspberry jam.
