Steps:

  • Place 1/2 the crabmeat in the bowl of a food processor. Add 1/3 of the cream cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, mustard, 2/3 of the green onions, salt and pepper. Puree for about 15 seconds.
  • Add 1/2 of the remaining cream cheese and puree until well blended, about 15 seconds.
  • Add the remaining cream cheese and process until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning.
  • Fold in the remaining onions and crabmeat and serve as a dip with crackers.

Steps:

  • In a small pan, saute onion and garlic.
  • Next saute bell pepper, then mushrooms.
  • Let cool.
  • In a bowl soften cream cheese with a spoon.
  • Add cooled vegetables, crab meat, and cheese.
  • Store in container in fridge until ready to serve.
  • SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Place dip in a oven proof shallow bowl.
  • Spread dip evenly in bowl and top with more shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Warm slightly in microwave.
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees, until slightly bubbling and the top is starting to turn golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and parlsey sprig.
  • Place bowl on a serving plate and surround with nacho chips and pita points.

  • Using a double boiler, soften the cream cheese and add the Miracle Whip. Combine until creamy.
  • Add the remaining ingredients in order; stirring after each addition. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Cover and let cool to room temperature. Stir to mix. Cover tightly and place in refrigerator until chilled (overnight is best to mix flavors). Enjoy!
