CREAMY TUNA-PASTA SALAD
I actually despise canned tuna. However, it is so economical that I am constantly searching for recipes that make it tolerable to me. I went back for 3 helpings of this one! It came from Betty Crocker's New Cookbook. Cook time is actually the recommended chill time. Don't forget to plan on time to cook the pasta.

PASTA SALAD
This pasta salad has everything you could want in the bowl: loads of ripe tomatoes, chunks of mozzarella, sliced olives, salami and plenty of fresh green herbs, all tossed in a garlicky, oregano-spiked red wine vinaigrette. Serve it the same day it's made for the brightest flavor and best texture.

GARDEN TUNA PASTA SALAD
A delicious pasta salad that tastes great with all the veggies in it. I substitute canned shrimp in place of canned tuna if I want to change it up a bit.

EVACUATION TUNA & PASTA SALAD
Living on the coast we are sometimes forced to evacuate during hurricane season. Put this salad in a covered bowl and throw it in the cooler. It's an entire meal in one bowl and it's easy to serve. Dish it up into a cup and you can eat it in the car, camper or motel room in our case! That's why we call it "Evacuation Tuna & Pasta Salad"!
