This dip recipe was passed from my mother to me when I was young and I'd like to share it with anyone who enjoys fresh, spicy, chunky guacamole. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Pit and spoon avocados into a small bowl and add cream cheese. Mash together until well blended.
- Add tomatoes and peppers to the mixture and mix well. Mix in lime juice, garlic powder, hot sauce, and salt. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.

- Combine half the jalapeno, half the cilantro and half the onions in a food processor. Add about 1/2 tsp salt and pulse into a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add avocado to onion mixture and combine while smushing the avocado.
- Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste.
- Let sit for a little while to let the flavors develop.

- Wash and cut in half all 4 avocados (lengthwise). Place the avocado with the pit on the cutting board and carefully whack the knife into the pit, then twist and lift it out.
- Using a spoon, scope out all the avocado flesh into a medium kitchen bowl. Mash up the avocado with a fork, but don't over mash it. Leave a few chunks of avocado, to keep a texture.
- Add finely chopped onion and cherry tomatoes, crushed garlic, juice of 2 limes, salt and finely chopped cilantro. Stir it all to combine.
- Taste the guacamole and season more with salt, if needed or add more lime juice, if the texture is too thick.
