Kims Favorite Chicken Bake Recipes
KIM'S FAVORITE CHICKEN BAKE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil chicken until no longer pink. While chicken is cooking, prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package instructions (I use I can't believe it's not butter in place of margarine). Boil cauliflower in 2 cups of water until tender. When chicken is no longer pink, chop into small bites. Drain.
- In large mixing bowl, put chicken, prepared Stove Top, drained cauliflower and soups. Add milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with low fat cheese. Place aluminum foil on top of pan.
- Bake in heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted/bubbly!
