Steps:
- Combine butter, flour, and pecans.
- Press into 13x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Blend instant puddings with milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill well.
- ***You can use whatever flavor instant pudding you like.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Place flour in a small bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts. Press onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until light golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth; fold in 1 carton whipped topping. Spread over crust. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Gently spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks and remaining walnuts. Refrigerate until cold., Cut into bars. Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup.

LAYERED PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine flour, pecans, butter, and sugar with a pastry blender. Pat or press into a 9 x 13 metal baking pan. Bake for 13 minutes. Cool completely before covering with next layer.
- In another mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 3 cups whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust.
- Prepare pudding as directed on package, but only use 3 cups milk. Spread evening over cream cheese layer.
- Spread 3 cups whipped topping on top of pudding layer. Chill for 2 hours, cut, and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, cream together margarine with 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Mix in flour and 1 cup pecans. Press into prepared dish.
- Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until very lightly browned. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, cream together cream cheese with remaining 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
- Stir together pudding mix and milk and allow to set up slightly. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Keep refrigerated.

Spread half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top. Spread remaining pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Then spread cherry pie filling over the top. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.

BUTTERSCOTCH LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT
This recipe was spotted in the Taste of Home Healthy Cooking magazine, June/July 2009 & was juggled & jiggled a bit to suit us! Preparation time does not include the time needed for the final dessert to chill in the refrigerator.

- Coat the inside bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar & the melted butter, then press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the milk & the remaining sugar until smooth, then spread it over the crust.
- In another bowl, for 2 minutes whisk together the remaining milk with the pudding mix, then let it stand for another 2 minutes or until soft-set.
- Gently spread this pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Add the extract to the whipped topping & spread that over the top of the pudding layer, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

I don't remember where I found this recipe. It looks fancy, but is easy to make. Garnish the finished dessert with chopped nuts and chocolate curls.

- heat oven to 350 degrees. coat 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, walnuts and butter. pat into prepared pan. bake for 15 minutes. cool.

LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT
Steps:
- Line a 13 by 9 inch pan with graham crackers. Some will have to be cut to fit. Cook vanilla pudding mix using 3 1/2 cups of milk in saucepan according to package directions. Pour over graham crackers in pan. Let set for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash saucepan. Place another layer of graham crackers over the vanilla pudding. Cook chocolate pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk. Pour over vanilla layer.
- Add another layer of graham crackers. Cook butterscotch pudding with remaining 3 1/2 cups of milk and pour over chocolate layer. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
- Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Cut in squares and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip.

LAYERED PISTACHIO DESSERT (USES JELL-O PUDDING MIX)
This recipe reminds me of those big, fun family dinners we used to have when I was a kid. This is one of my favorite recipes of my grandmother's. The layers consist of a nutty baked bottom crust, creamy cheesecake-like center and top layer of pistachio pudding. If desired, you could also use any other flavor of pudding mix. Yummy!

- Press first three ingredients into a 13" x 9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly.
- Beat Cool Whip, cream cheese and confectionery sugar with electric mixer; spread over cooled crust.
- Beat pudding mix and milk well with electric mixer on low setting. Let mixture stand until set. Then carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Slice into 2" x 2" pieces.
