GET-UP-AND-GO GRANOLA
My family loves to have this soul-warming granola before hiking, biking or even when camping. It smells delicious while baking up and you can easily make in large batches for special occasions or to send in gift packages to family and friends. -Sabrina Olson, Otsego, Minnesota

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, brown sugar and flax. In a microwave-safe dish, whisk oil, honey, maple syrup, pie spice and salt. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds or until heated through, stirring once. Stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture; toss to coat., Spread evenly in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in cranberries and raisins. Store in an airtight container.

LAZY GRANOLA
Super easy and delicious granola that is really versatile. I love it tossed with craisins and pecans, but you could add whatever you like! Add to corn flakes for homemade Honey Bunches of Oats. Use as trail mix, cereal, snacks, etc.

Steps:
- Mix brown sugar, oil, and honey in a sauce pan. Bring to low boil.
- Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla.
- Pour oats in a large bowl and pour sauce over, stirring well.
- Spread oats in a greased or sprayed 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 375 for 10 minute.
- Take out and stir.
- Return to oven and turn the oven off.
- Leave granola in oven till the oven is completely cool.
- Take out and chunk up till broken apart.
- Toss in craisins.
- Eat as a snack or cereal with hot or cold milk.

- In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, almonds, chia seeds, cinnamon and sea salt until evenly combined.
- In a separate measuring cup, stir together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract until combined. Pour the coconut oil mixture into the oats mixture, and stir until evenly combined.
- Spread the granola out evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Then remove from the oven, add the coconut, and give the mixture a good stir. Bake for 5 more minutes, until the granola is lightly toasted and golden.
