Steps:

  • 1. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • 2. Brown ground meat, drain.
  • 3. Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder and heat through. Remove from the stove.
  • 4. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, drained corn, undrained chilis, and 1/2 cup cheese to browned ground beef. Mix well.
  • 5. Put into the greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  • 6. Top with tater tots (you may use more or less of the 2 1/2 cups, depending on the shape of your dish.) You can sprinkle more cheese on top if you prefer.
  • 7. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees until lightly brown and bubbly. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz.
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c milk, any kind
1 can(s) mild green chilies, undrained, 4 oz.
1 can(s) corn, drained, 15.25 oz.
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves chopped fine)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
1 tsp chili powder
2 1/2 c tater tots

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan. Bake at 350 for 2 hrs or at 300 for 3 hours or till done. ~ Enjoy~

2 lbs cooked hamburger
5 raw potatoes, shredded
2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 cups, fresh, frozen or canned peas or corn (i use a frozen mixed veggie)
1 onion, shredded
2 cups shredded cheese
8 1/2 cups milk

Steps:

  • 1. Put the butter in a casserole dish and put in microwave for 20 seconds.
  • 2. Add onion soup mix to butter and mix well. Put two cans of beef consomme soup in onion soup mixture and stir well.
  • 3. Add rice in beef consomme mixture and stir well.
  • 4. Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg envelope lipton onion soup mix
2 can(s) campbell's beef consomme soup
1 1/2 c instant rice

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a roasting pan or big casserole dish mix all ingredients together well. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Stirring every 30 min. Enjoy

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash sweet potatoes and peeled and diced. Put the sweet potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and drain. Mash sweet potatoes with electric mixer. Add butter, sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon and mix well. Put the sweet potatoes into a 9X13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes and put on marshmallows on top and cook for 15 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly brown.

6 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 10.5 oz package miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Slightly thaw hash browns for easier mixing. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl mix everything together well.Once mixed together well pour into your prepared 9×13 and cover with tinfoil.
  • Place in oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This recipe also freezes well unbaked. Perfect if you want to make it ahead of time and freeze it for another night. Then you can just pop it in the oven. Enjoy

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with the onion until onion is clear, drain. Mix both soups in pan with 1/2 a can of water. Drain chili (optional, it will make it hotter if you don't) and add to mixture. Add beef and cook through.
  • In a glass casserole layer beef mixture with cheese and chips until you end with chips on the top. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
