- Microwave meatballs as directed on package until heated through. Cut meatballs and cheese slices in half.
- Top each of 12 crackers with 1 each cheese piece, meatball half and second cheese piece; place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 sec. or until cheese begins to melt.
- Top with remaining crackers to make 12 "cheeseburgers."

BACON CHEESEBURGER BITES

- Heat a skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal mini patties. Set aside.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Add the burger bites and cook until well browned all over and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add 2 of the quartered pieces of cheese to the top of each bite and cover the skillet with the lid. Allow the cheese to melt, 1 minute. Remove the bites to a plate.
- Tear each bacon piece into bite-size pieces. Start building up the bites by placing a piece of bacon on top of each patty, then a couple of folded leaves of spinach, a couple of pickles, a dollop of your favorite burger condiment, and a half a tomato, securing it all with a toothpick or small skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all the bites are built, and serve.

- Heat broiler, with rack in top position. Divide beef into 8 balls. Press each lightly to form 1/2-inch-thick patties and season both sides with salt and pepper. Broil patties about 5 minutes for medium. Remove from oven and top each with a cheese slice. Broil until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
- Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard.

- In a bowl, combine egg yolk, ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Shape mixture by teaspoonfuls into 24 balls. Remove crusts from bread; roll flat and cut into 1-1/2-in. rounds. Place meatballs on bread rounds; make a depression in each ball and fill with a cube of cheese, making sure bread is covered with meat mixture. , Place on a baking sheet. - Heat oven to 350°F.
- Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 Tbsp. mustard; mix well. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- Tear 2 Singles into small pieces. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cut each of the remaining Singles into 4 pieces each.
- Cut rolls horizontally in half. Press 1 roll half, cut side up, onto bottom and up side of each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon meat mixture evenly into bread shells; top each with Singles piece.

- Bake waffle fries according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook onions in butter and oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. - Add the lukewarm water to a 2-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl. Add the yeast and sugar and stir to combine. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, until frothy and doubled in volume.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the butter, egg, and the yeast mixture and stir with a rubber spatula into a shaggy dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead until smooth and soft, about 4 minutes. Place the dough in a clean large bowl lightly greased with nonstick spray and cover with a towel. Let rest until in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F ( 200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly grease a clean surface and place the dough on top. Pat down with your hands to about ¼-inch thick. Use a ¾-inch (2-cm) round cutter to cut out small circles. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter, then bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove the buns from the oven and brush with more melted butter while they are still warm. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
