Monkey Munch Snack Mix Recipes

Steps:

• Measure cereal in large bowl.
• Set aside.
• Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter for 1 minute on high.
• Stir.
• Cook for 30 seconds longer or until smooth.
• Add vanilla.
• Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until coated.
• Pour mixture into large Ziploc bag and add powdered sugar.
• Shake until well coated.
• Spread on waxed paper to cool.
• Store in Ziploc bags or large sealed bowl.
• Recipe Note: It helps to add cereal mixture a little at a time if you only have small bags.

Steps:

• Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter and malted milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Put the cereal in a large bowl, pour in the melted chocolate-peanut butter and stir until evenly coated.
• Allow the cereal to cool slightly, and then tranfer to a large brown paper bag or resealable plastic bag. Add the confectioners' sugar, bananas and butterscotch chips. Tightly close or seal the bag and toss to coat well. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Steps:

• Stir cereal squares, pretzel sticks, peanuts, and milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
• Melt the vanilla baking chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). Drizzle melted chips over cereal mixture. Pour mixture out onto a large piece of aluminum foil and cool for 30 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces.

Steps:

• Mix all the ingredients together well while the pre-melted chocolate is still warm. Spread evenly onto a lightly sprayed (with Pam) cookie sheet. Let it completely cool. When completely cool, lightly break up and put into a large zip-lock bag, then add 1/2 cup (optional) of powdered sugar into the bag, close well then shake well. Pour into a large bowl and enjoy!
